Analyse The Factors Which Have An Effect On To Work Productivity of Aparat of Regency Luwu. Guided by Hafiedz and Makmur.
This Research aim to know and analyse the factors having an effect on to work productivity of aparat of Regency Luwu. This Matter require to be done / conducted] by because seeing condition field that aparat of Subdistrict Belopa tend to own the motivation, communications, initiative and also downhill participation so that researcher interested to check it.
Analysis method used method qualitative from quantitative data from kuesioner.
Result of research indicate that proven / tested there influence which signifikan between free variable with the variable trussed, whereabout communications variable, motivate the, initiative and participate by together have an effect on the signifikan to work productivity of aparat of Regency Luwu. This [is] its meaning that excelsior mount the prosperity, owning ability communicate good, there is strong willingness and also big share aparat will influence the storey;level of work productivity of aparat of Regency Luwu.
